Niseko Village Golf Course

Situated at the base of the Higashiyama ski area, Niseko Village Golf Course is one of Hokkaido’s top courses. Featuring perfectly manicured greens and fairways that are guarded by the towering pine forest you will be left in awe of the surrounding views. Niseko Village Golf Course embraces one of golf’s rare challenges; a 721 yard par 6. Be prepared as this is how you will start your back nine, as it is the 10th hole on your round. With some very unforgiving out of bounds areas lurking down the entire left side and water prowling in front of the green to catch the slightest miss-hit approach, this par 6 monster will make or break your back nine. Niseko Golf Course

This is an undisputed favorite among the local Niseko golfing community; designed by the great Arnold Palmer, this course is a strategic challenge for all ability levels, stretching out to 6,805 yards and rated at a par 72.

The signature hole is the fifth, a par 3 that features an undulating green guarded by bunkers and water. It is a demanding golf hole that requires a precision shot while admiring the graceful Mt. Yotei in the background.

The secret to a great score around the Niseko Golf Course is avoiding the out of bounds area that lies in wait for those slightly off-line shots.

Niseko Golf and Resort

Being surrounded by snow-capped mountains while playing a round of golf on a lush green gold course is a fantastic visual experience although somewhat distracting simultaneously! Niseko Golf and Resort will penalise you with its constant elevation variations between tee and greens if you are not paying attention; precision iron play is the key to a great round of golf around this elusive 6,794 yard course will keep you guessing until that last putt is sunk on the 18th green.
