Getting to Niseko from New Chitose International Airport (Sapporo) is stress free, with the options of private transfers, buses and trains, all departing on a regular basis and with the flexibility to book in advance.

Some useful information on transfers is below
For the ultimate in flexibility and comfort, a private transfer is for you. This is an airport to front door service and can be booked for any time of day or night. When arriving at Gondola Chalets you will be greeted by our dedicated concierge staff (link to About GC – Services), ready and able to answer any questions to make your Niseko holiday one to remember.

During the winter season there are a number of bus companies that service Niseko. It is advisable to book your bus transfers in advance so that the bus company can accommodate your party of guests and your waiting time is minimised. A particular advantage of booking your transfer from the airport is that your bus will wait should your flight be delayed, which is often a likely occurrence in the peak snow season.

It is recommend you allow sixty (60) minutes between flight arrival and bus departure for domestic flights and ninety (90) minutes for international flights.

Train travel to Niseko is slightly more involved than the bus or private transfer options. However, it is a great option if you would like to take in the sights of Sapporo or Otaru before continuing on your journey to Gondola Chalets in Niseko.
When planning your train journey from the airport, please be aware you will be required to change trains at either Sapporo or Otaru before continuing onto Kutchan, where you will be required to catch a cab (approx 10 minutes) to Gondola Chalets in Niseko.
